Summer Ebt 2024 Ny 2022. New york state's new summer ebt program provides eligible families with $120 per child to help cover food costs when schools are closed. Beginning in summer 2024, families will receive $120 per eligible child on an ebt food benefit card.

Most children who are eligible for summer ebt will automatically receive benefits and do not need to apply. The summer electronic benefit transfer (ebt) was signed into law in december 2023.
